Step 1

You will need 3 cups of cooked jasmine rice for this recipe.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of peanut oil and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.

Step 3

Add 1 finely chopped brown onion and 1 peeled, finely chopped carrot and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until just softened but not coloured.

Step 4

Add 200 grams of beef or pork mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps for about 3 to 4 minutes until the meat has browned.

Step 5

Add 1 cup of bean sprouts, 1 teaspoon hot chilli sauce, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons kecap manis or sweet soy sauce, 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce and 3 cups cooked jasmine rice and cook for a further minute, stirring to ensure everything is well combined. Turn off heat and cover the wok partially with a lid while you cook the eggs.

Step 6

Heat 1 teaspoon of peanut oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Carefully break 2 eggs into the pan and fry until cooked to your liking. Set aside. Repeat the process with an additional 2 eggs.

Step 7

Stir half a cup thinly sliced green shallots and 2 tablespoons chopped coriander into the rice.

Step 8

Spoon into serving bowls. Top with an egg and extra coriander.

Step 9

Serve nasi goreng with extra chilli and soy sauce.

(서울=뉴스1) 유기림 기자= 가수 서인국과 배우 구혜선이 함께 찍은 사진을 공개했다.

5일 서인국 소속사 젤리피쉬엔터테인먼트는 공식 트위터에 "인국씨와 혜선씨의 다정한 한 컷이네요. 두 분이 무슨 일로 만났을까요?"라는 짧은 글과 함께 해당 사진을 올렸다.

서인국과 구혜선은 녹음실로 보이는 듯한 곳에서 나란히 서서 어깨동무를 한 채 사진을 찍었다.

특히 서인국은 구혜선의 어깨에 과감히 손을 올려 '나쁜 손'을 보여줬다.

서인국과 구혜선의 사진을 본 누리꾼들은 "보기 좋다", "서인국 멋지네", "둘 다 풋풋하다" 등 다양한 반응을 보였다.

2013年Q1台湾面板产值估季减约2.4%

受到美债问题、日圆贬值、亚洲货币汇率波动、产业传统淡季等等多重因素影响，工研院IEK指出，2013年第一季台湾面板业产值预估接近2473.9亿元，季减约2.4%。其中，大尺寸（10吋以上）TFT-LCD面板2013年第一季产值可能降到1899.3亿元，季减约2.3%。

 

　　主要系因为淡季来临、需求下降，各类型面板报价已开始微幅下跌，只有包含39吋、50吋，以及13.3吋搭载LED背光源超薄型Ultrabook用面板等新产品，出货仍稳定。

 

　　中小尺寸TFT-LCD面板方面，工研院表示，由于产业同样进入传统淡季，加上第一季工作天数较少，而大部分新产品规格皆已于2012第四季推出，预期台湾中小尺寸（10吋以下）TFT-LCD液晶面板产值可能小幅下滑到531.6亿元，季减估近2.1%。

 

　　OLED面板则因第一季也面临传统淡季，并且PMOLED在量价都没有显著增长情况下，而台湾的AMOLED面板出货量仍少，预期2013年首季台湾OLED面板产值可能来到17亿元，较上季估减3.4%左右。

 

　　至于TN/STN面板则受到产业结构性调整冲击，产值逐季衰退走势没变，据估计，2013年第一季台湾TN/STN面板产值可能来到24.9亿元，较上季估减5.1%。

‘Birth of a Great Star’ contestant Megan Lee signs with Soul Shop Entertainment

MBC‘s ‘Birth of a Great Star‘ contestant and YouTube star Megan Lee has signed with veteran singer Kim Tae Woo‘s agency Soul Shop Entertainment!
Soul Shop Entertainment confirmed, “We think highly of Megan Lee’s passion and talent for music and future potential. We signed with her last September. After signing the contract, Megan Lee immediately entered training, and after receiving Soul Shop Entertainment’s lessons, she is planned to make her official debut this year.”
Megan Lee also participated in labelmate Kim Tae Woo’s upcoming album ‘T-LOVE‘, which will be released on the 20th. They sang a duet titled “Oppa“, increasing fans’ curiosity about their collaboration.
A representative revealed, “Kim Tae Woo discovered Megan Lee through YouTube and personally recommended her to the agency, and she was recruited. [Kim Tae Woo will always support Megan Lee's music activities].”
